Our Dunedin market has seen a slight change in the median sales price, dropping to $427,500 from last month’s figure of $438,000. However, compared to June 2018 our median was sitting at $395,000.
The number of properties sold has shown an increase from 149 (June 2018) to 181 for June 2019.
The median number of days to sell sits steady at 26 the same level as 2018.
Demand continues to out strip the supply, currently there are only 191 properties available within the Greater Dunedin zone. We continue to see plenty of buyers at our open homes and a number of homes end up with multiple offers being presented.
