Our median sale price for April remains steady at $439,000, which stays the same as March’s figure, but has increased compared to April 2018 of $400,000.

These numbers on the market are reflected in April’s volume of sales with 190, in comparison to Aprils 2018 sales number of 208 properties.

Finally, an increase in the median days to sell now sits at 27 compared to 22 days for the corresponding time last year.
