The latest figures have been released for February 2019 of the Greater Dunedin area.
Our median sale price of $415,000 is significantly ahead of the corresponding 2018 month of $370,000.
The number of sales totaled 189 which are down from last year’s figure of 228.
The median days to sell are steady at 23 which still highlights our market is very busy with numerous homes having multiple offers for the sellers to consider. A lot of these offers are unconditional as frustrated buyers try to get ahead of all the competing pack.
A quick look at realestate.co.nz shows 382 current properties for sale. We see good numbers at our open homes especially the new properties entering onto the market place.
