Another record month for the median house sale in the greater Dunedin area, with a big jump up to $439,000 for March 2019. This is a big rise from last year’s figure of $367,000.
Our buoyant market is due somewhat to a low number of homes currently on the market and interest rates at an all-time low.
The sales for the month of March total 207, rather low in comparison to last year at 259.
Median days to sell remain steady at 22 days with good numbers at our busy open homes, still multiple offers on homes and in some instances record prices are being achieved.
