There continues to be an increase in properties available to the market and this is giving buyers more choice currently, we are noticing as Christmas draws closer and with some bank changes that our open home attendances have slowed somewhat over the past month

The total sales volume for the month was $160,845,000 on par with last year’s figure $168,543,000 thou the number of sales for Nov fell to 212 in comparison to last years number of 261, median days to sell sit at 28 days which is a change from 24 at the corresponding time last year.

We currently have several properties due to come on to the market, our vendors are preparing and readying themselves for the new year where we generally see both a number of new properties to the market but also an increase in sales numbers especially in the Feb to April Quarter
