About me
Milton has been home to me for almost my entire life; it’s a community I’m proud to be part of. Over that time, I’ve built strong connections with the local people, so beginning a career in Real Estate feels like a natural step – one in which allows me to continue doing what I enjoy most; working with people.
I’ve always been an outgoing, approachable individual who is genuinely interested in others. Spending seven years at the local Milton Butchery has taught me a lot about people – How to listen, build trust and most importantly understand what matters most to them. These are qualities I’m excited to carry into my Real Estate career as I begin working alongside buyers, sellers and families throughout the area.
While I may be new to working in Real Estate, the industry certainly isn’t new to me. I’ve grown up in a Real Estate focused family, with my mother (Jo Turnbull) working as a salesperson since I was born, I’ve seen first-hand what the job requires. The long days, evening phone calls, weekend appointments, and the flexibility it requires to support clients.
Most importantly, I’ve seen the commitment behind it all. Watching her build genuine relationships, go above and beyond for her clients, and navigate the demands of the industry has given me a genuine understanding of what it takes to succeed in Real Estate. Having witnessed the way she approaches her work, this has set a standard I aim to carry into my own career.
I’m only just beginning my Real Estate journey, and there is still so much for me to learn. I’m excited for the challenges that come with starting something new and looking forward to learning from those around me, getting stuck in, and making the most of every opportunity to build my knowledge and experience. My aim is to combine my fresh energy and enthusiasm with hard work, honesty and a genuine commitment to the people I’m working for.
For me, Real Estate is much more than the property. It’s about the people, the relationships and being trusted to guide someone through an important stage in their life. I’m looking forward to taking this next step in my career where I can build lasting relationships with people in my community.
