Born in Samoa and moved to New Zealand before my first birthday, Dunedin has become home. My passion for food and culture made hospitality a natural fit. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked across the country and gained hands-on experience in almost every side of the industry — from fast-paced service to hiring, training, and operational management.
